- Dacar's newest tenant moved into our Carnegie location this past year. After extensive upgrading and remodeling to the building, Wolfpack Boxing Club took up residence at 1000 Gregg St.. This is the first of its kind in the former Carnegie Industrial Complex where Dacar owns rental property. The 6000 sq. ft. building houses Pittsburgh's largest boxing club with two 24' boxing rings, 20+ heavy bags and much more.
