- Hats off to Ed Tracey. A long-time employee and now a consultant, he ushers in his 43rd year serving the Company.
- Kudos to James Datesh's tennis team which won the Pittsburgh Men's Tennis League for the fourth year in a row.

- Introducing SolidTreat: an innovative way to feed cooling tower treatments that eliminates drums, handling and mixing.
- Floor shotblasting with our four Blastrac units is the busiest its been in three years.
- Tell us what you need and we will formulate it. This year we have developed new products as diverse as . . . dust suppressants, cooling tower treatments and odor neutralizers.
Other Announcements
- Swansong in Hawaii. The annual convention of the Association of Water Technologies (AWT) was in Honolulu October 31 to November 4. Our James Datesh retired as Past President and Board member of AWT at the end of the meeting concluding five years on the Board of Directors.
- Galvanizers Association met in Toronto October 29 to November 1. Our Mike Egal was there.
- The 61st annual International Water Conference (IWC) convened in Pittsburgh October 22 - 26. Our James Datesh serves on IWC's Executive Committee and is now Marketing Chair.
- The IWC Watermark 2000 was hosted here in Pittsbugh this year. The contributions due to James Datesh for this event were recognized in this Pittsburgh Business Times article.
